NEW TO PILATES? START HERE

If you have no or very little experience using the Pilates equipment, it is a requirement to take the Prep Pilates Sessions prior to attending a group equipment class.

This introductory series of three private, one-on-one sessions gives you the personalized foundation you need to move with confidence, strength, and intention, before ever stepping into a group class.

In your three dedicated sessions, your instructor will guide you through everything a true beginner needs to know:

  • The Fundamentals of Pilates: Understand the principles behind the method, including breath, alignment, and controlled movement that make Pilates so effective.

  • Machine Mastery: Get fully acquainted with the Reformer, Tower, and other equipment. Learn the springs, straps, bars, and settings so the machine works for you — not against you.

  • Core Engagement: Discover how to properly activate your deep stabilizing muscles, the foundation of every Pilates exercise and the key to real, lasting results.

  • Movement Mechanics: Build body awareness and learn how to move efficiently so every rep counts.

  • Injury Prevention: Learn modifications, proper form, and how to listen to your body so you can practice safely for years to come.
